Mechanical Estimator
Our client is a highly reputable general contractor, specializing in the construction of mid to large sized construction projects. We are seeking to assist them in the hiring of a Mechanical Estimator responsible HVAC construction projects. Position is full time/permanent
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
5-25 years experience as a Mechanical Estimator for a Mechanical Contractor.
Someone who can work on a diversity of projects-schools, municipal, hotels, hospitals, etc.
Must be well received with equipment and fixture vendors, and material suppliers
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Must by proficient with all HVAC & piping systems and material types
Good leader, able to work well with Project Engineers and Superintendents
Able to get crews to effectively meet deadlines
Estimating and bidding experience
