Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations, support and advice in interpreting and understanding deposit laws and regulations, ensure that Bank Policies, Operating Procedures and Systems are sufficient to ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations, including related marketing materials, account transaction requirements and limits, funds availability, fees and interest rate calculations and related deposit account documentation and disclosures.
