Business is booming at this highly reputable electrical contractor in the Philadelphia suburbs. We need an Electrical Estimator with the following experience.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
5 years of experience in the electrical contracting arena as an Estimator.
Material takeoffs, cost estimates, monitor raw material prices.
Job visit experience.
Projects are commercial, industrial, medical, and hospitality.
Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, materials.
Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
Estimating for change order requests.
Excellent team leadership ability and can interact with clients.
