Short Description
The Vice President, Surgical Service Institute will be responsible for  the development and implementation of the SSIs mission, long-range strategic plans, goals and objectives as well as physician practice operations and clinical services. The VP will provide administrative leadership for the entire range of programs within the department.  The Vice President will manage a comprehensive range of programs with the objectives of improving the quality/value of services available to patients and physicians, and improving overall profitability. 
Experience Required

In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and business development. 
Require demonstrated experience in Disease-Based Care, Physician Network and Hospital Development
Experience working with budgets and financial management. 

Education Requirements

Masters Degree required (MBA, MHA, MA).
