Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP is seeking a committed Attorney to join our Real Estate practice.
Qualified candidates must have at least ten
years of experience in residential and commercial real property law. Title experience preferred. Candidates must be highly motivated and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating residential real estate contracts and handling closings
Manage and organize paralegal workload
Commercial acquisitions, sales, and financings
Compensation:
$90,000 – $145,000 yearly, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
