About:
I have an outstanding opportunity to join the cutting-edge treasury function within a UK leading multi-strategy asset manager, one of the leading global managers.
The team manage over £12 billion in facilities, expecting to grow to £20 billion and are looking for someone to help support the team and wider business.
Your work will be focussed on their private debt and equity funds with exposure to their other asset classes which are also experiencing immense growth.
Working on restructuring of multi-billion-pound funds, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge, complex projects across the alternatives space.
The role:
Reporting to the Group Treasurer within a close-knit team to manage the critical and growing Fund Finance Function.
Significant centralised management of multiple Funds Finance and FX needs to help manage the growing demand.
Heavily focused on management and optimising the existing Fund debt, with exposure to other asset classes across the business.
Define and agree new requirements with Portfolio managers and drive to completion multiple deals annually - including; Sub lines, Nav deals and Leveraged deals.
Risk Management: understanding of Fund FX requirements, whilst working with Operations to ensure smooth implementation of FX strategies.
Ideal candidate:
5-7 years' experience within Funds/ Asset Management/ Financial Services
Knowledge of Bank Lending and Debt Capital Markets
Risk Management experience is desirable
Deep understand of the Alternative Assets Funds and significant Debt and Capital markets experience is beneficial, specifically with Fund finance experience
Risk and FX experience would also be a significant benefit
