 Responsibilities:


The Chief Risk Officer is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the risk management function for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. This includes Clinical and Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Finance (Commercial and Self Insured programs), Claims Management and Risk Data activities.
Must possess an intimate knowledge of the healthcare industry, including business processes and a broad-based operational perspective.
Additionally, must be an energetic, proactive, decisive, and detail-oriented leader who can work effectively in a matrix environment with all levels of team members and physicians.


 

Required Certification & Licensure:


CPHRM or ARM or CRM.


 

Required Experience:


10 years Healthcare Risk Management or Commercial Insurance Broker/Underwriter or Medical Malpractice Litigation Management.
Preferred Experience is 15 years Healthcare Risk Management or Commercial Insurance Broker/Underwriter or Medical Malpractice Litigation Management.


 

Required Specific Skills:


Knowledge of health system operational environment.


 

Preferred Certification & Licensure:


FL Nursing license, FL Insurance License or FL Adjuster License.
