Aon is looking for a Chief People Officer - Enterprise Client Group As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting People Organization in US or UK. Reporting directly to Chief People Officer, Global Solution Lines and the CEO Enterprise Clients, this leader will serve as the primary People Org advisor to the Global Enterprise Client Group Leadership Team.This leader will play an active and consultative role in shaping and guiding the overall global talent strategy for the business; focusing on sourcing and building internal and external talent capabilities and strengthening the Aon United culture to drive long term balanced growth.Partner with the People Org (PO) Center Of Excellence (COE) leaders to cascade global initiatives to the business in a consistent and Aon United approach, and work with the PO regional teams to drive and ensure that business initiatives and goals are being met and delivered. What do you get to do?Create trusted relationships with the Global Enterprise Client Group Leadership Team, to plan and develop, monitor and measure the success of the overall Enterprise Client Group People strategy, in line with the strategic direction of Enterprise Client Group and the People Organization.Member of the Global Enterprise Client Group Team who can guide and consult on Global matters and initiatives and can optimally cascade the information to the regional PO teams. In addition, this leader can share and raise regional issues, insights and trends to the Global Team that need action or resolution.Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Enterprise Client Group business model, enabling strategic consulting on, and for the delivery of people initiatives to deliver business results and performance.Develop both in-year and multi-year talent strategies (sourcing and hiring capability building, development, career paths and frameworks, talent review and succession, rewards/incentives) consistent with the growth and contribution margin plans, in consultation with the relevant COE’s global standards.Provide input into key staffing and hiring decisions to ensure that both growth and Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) objectives are considered and met.Define and cascade performance expectations and goals that are aligned to Enterprise Client Group, Region and Corporate goals.Maintain aggregated global view of Enterprise Client Group’s talent (including I&D), capabilities, culture, and critical needs.Responsible for leading the Enterprise Client Group People Org team globally; working with the dedicated Enterprise Client Group People business partners in the regions and COE’s to deliver best in class service and support.Ensure the team is fully equipped to advise and collaborate with Enterprise Client Group colleagues and leaders in the regions to drive business results and outcomes for the business and Aon.Work with the Regional CPOs to ensure that talent life-cycle process is run and delivered with an Aon United approach, and ensuring that Enterprise Client Group Leaders are working in collaboration with their Region colleagues around key inputs and decisions.Influence and participate in the development of the Solution Line Global People Org strategy, member of the Global Solution Line People Team.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseAble to use the entire People Org Service Delivery Model with a coordinated, global perspective, proven success resolving complex People issues.Able to build effective links at all levels of the organization, and to consult, influence and partner with senior leaders in developing/carrying out people strategies to drive business performance.Self-sufficient and resourceful. Creative and adept at problem solving, with an appreciation of diverse cultures and regions. Able to consult on application of policy and process as well as trends, themes, and solutions.Previous experience consulting with client executives on a variety of talent related topics.
