Based in Atlanta, We are a boutique private equity firm that specializes in franchising & consulting high growth concepts nationally. We work with our portfolio companies to grow and scale the business from franchise development services, real estate services, design & construction services, and franchise operation services. We are looking for a VP of Design & Construction that can be high-impact and be responsible for providing the vision, org structure and roadmap for continued growth within the existing construction & design teams that is responsible for about $100M worth of work.

Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
4-Year Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
10 years experience leading design & construction teams (required)
Construction experience for multi-unit brands or high growth industries such as: restaurant, retail, hospitality, etc. (required)
Experience working with high level investors and private equity partners
Ability to effectively create and foster cross-functional working relationships with influential clients, both internal and external
