The role involves support for financial budgeting and regular management in line with corporate targets. There is also a focus on identifying possible M&A targets, undertake DD and implement transactions in alignment with growth strategy.Change ManagementBe accountable for enabling and driving the transformation and changes needed in support of the Growth Plan, including bringing together different teams and functions. Support the development of robust cases that will drive additional investment.Operating ModelDevelop an effective operating model that enables the execution of the growth strategy and an efficient service model, while ensuring the measurement and delivery of operational, growth and other performance metrics to demonstrate progress against achievements.Risk ManagementEnsure effective processes are embedded across STG to lead business risk within the appetite. Enable an effective control environment and ensure the business remains compliant with all regulations and corporate policies, and in collaboration with the relevant parts of the firm.InnovationIdentify new solutions and partnerships to develop new client propositions and look at improving ways of working both internally and externally.People and NetworkAttract, lead, motivate, and retain key talent to deliver the people agenda.
