Our client in Downtown Denver is looking for Sr. Enterprise Java Engineer’s to assist with building out a brand new customer platform. The dedicated resources need to be well rounded enterprise Java engineers whose strength is in the middle tier. This development effort will require a lot of integration. Our client need’s talented engineers who can self manage and who are detailed oriented. This should be a challenging project where you will work with up to 12-15 other senior engineers to deliverer a web based scalable solution.
Required Skills:
4 years of Java experience
4 years Enterprise Java Server Experience (Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Glassfish, Tomcat, etc.)
Experience with EJB (using EJB 3.x)
Solid object-oriented design & development skills, including strong working knowledge and experience in using UML and design patterns
Experience with Java J2EE with complex multi-layer applications
Solid experience with J2EE technologies (4 yrs each) as well as open-source framework and libraries: Struts, Hibernate, JPA (Java Persistence Architecture), Web Services, JMS (Java Messaging Service), JAX-WS, JUnit and XML,
2-4 years solid SQL, experience with Oracle PL/SQL a plus
1-2 years of good front end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery should not be intimating
Current technical environment:
Java 7, Struts 2, JQuery, JMS, JPA, EJB, Hibernate, JAX-WS, Weblogic.
