We have an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Transactional Associate with three to five years of experience. The candidate should have experience preparing and prosecuting mechanical and electromechanical patent applications, both in the United States and internationally. Experience with patent opinion work including freedom to operate and validity opinions is also preferred. The ideal candidate may also have experience with intellectual property transactions including, but not limited to, complex technology transactions, SaaS agreements, software license agreements, development agreements, reseller agreements, master service agreements, maintenance and support agreements, transition services agreements and other aspects of technology transfer, and communication with opposing counsel and clients.
