You:
Are a hard core engineer (CCIE Certified) with strong customer focused communication skills and penchant for Sales
Are CCIE Certified
Have over 5 years experience designing, implementing and/or supporting complex WAN / Public IP technologies
Are deeply familiar with the OSI Model
Have hands on experience with iBGP, eBGP, RIP, EIGRP, GRE, IPSec, OSPF, HSRP, MPLS, SIP, NAT and QoS
Are knowledgeable of open source monitoring and ITSM tools like Nagios, Cacti, PnP, Homer, OTRS and NTOP
Have product experience with Cisco, Juniper and Avaya product sets (particular converged data and voice product suites)

Design robust networks for our clients using underlying carrier transports
Utilize a blend of carriers to provide Public IP, WAN, Point to Point and Voice Services (SIP and TDM)
Deliver managed services on top of commodity networks to provide value to our customers

The role:
Sales Engineering – Enable internal and channel sales team to design and sell top tier virtual network services
Implementation Engineering – Provision customer networks to provide a robust design that exceeds their expectations
Operational Engineering – Support existing solutions to assure they continue to meet the operational needs of our customers
Organizational Engineering – Grow the internal team's capabilities to build out a top tier engineering team
