Responsibilities: Drive the companys financial planning Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operations Supervise all finance personnel Manage vendor relationships Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports Set up and oversee the companys finance IT system Ensure compliance with the law and companys policies Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures Advising on long-term business and financial planningRequirements: A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and Economics will be expected for this role An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable. At least 10 years experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization CPA is a strong advantage The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a CFO of a tech Company (turnover of 50-200 Crores) The candidate will be expected to negotiate with US clients on a regular basis and should have excellent communications skills
