Director Research / Senior Manager

Profile

Global Data and analytics market research firm that has been in business for 20 years with US offices in New York and California is looking for a Senior/Manager with strong custom quantitative research background. The position can be in one of their offices or 100% remote.
The position makes important contributions in three key areas: custom client research, research innovation and organic client development. The ideal candidate will have a research background in quantitative research including experience in directing research projects leveraging choice modeling and other advanced research techniques.Research studies include product and pricing optimization, new product concept testing, sales forecasting, brand positioning and tracking and other custom research initiatives. This job can be remote for anyone in the United States.
Responsibilities
: Custom Client Research
Work with clients to create survey design, sampling and research approaches that deliver against business objectives
In partnership with the Decision Science team, assist in the creation of experimental designs on custom research projects
Work with the Decision Science team to pressure test advanced predictive models
Analyze and identify data patterns
Create compelling narratives, including conclusions and business recommendations
Craft presentations showcasing deep knowledge of client issues and actionable business insights
Business Development Support
Consult with Account Managers on advanced research design to inform proposals for Global Fortune 500 companies
Participate in proposal presentation meetings providing subject matter expertise
Requirements
: Minimum of 5 years of market research experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to be fully engaged in work, demonstrate creative problem solving, inspire others with work output, and focused on personal and professional growth a must
