\u003cli\u003eDevelop and execute practice group and individual attorney business plans.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and implement client acquisition and expansion strategies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain effective relationships with a diverse group of peers, attorneys, clients, staff and outside professionals.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead and inspire a team including coaching multiple direct reports and their staff through complex situations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with the Client Development and Marketing teams to identify new markets and opportunities.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide vision, values, inspiration, and direction while also supporting the Marketing Department\u0026rsquo;s success.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrate leadership on industry trends and positioning in the marketplace to drive high impact.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eRegularly interface with the firm leadership to review and solicit feedback\u0026nbsp;on the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of marketing efforts for improving the firm\u0026rsquo;s client development efforts.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eMinimum of Bachelor\u0026rsquo;s Degree.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMinimum 10 years of experience in a professional services setting, preferably in AmLaw 100 law firm.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManagement experience.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperienced strategist, team leader, strong writer.\u003c/li\u003e
