The New York office of Kirkland & Ellis is seeking enthusiastic and highly qualified attorneys to join its Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. The candidate should have 1-4 years of patent litigation experience and background in engineering and/or sciences. The candidate should have experience researching patent litigation issues, drafting discovery, drafting substantive memoranda, and preparing for and attending court hearings and depositions. Ideal candidates possess a keen interest in and understanding of technology and/or life sciences related issues and have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, experience with written and oral advocacy, and strong academic credentials. New York bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
