Job Summary

The Xfinity Communities organization delivers custom solutions that transform single and multifamily properties into smart, connected communities and provides residents with the nation's largest gig speed network and one-of-a-kind interactive TV, home management and mobile experiences. The VP will be responsible for leading the Xfinity Communities sales channel strategy, sales operations, tools, reporting and the National Account organization. The role requires an excellent communicator who functions well across a matrix managed organization and can influence product roadmaps, understand the competitive environment and develop growth strategies.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Drive penetration growth through development of a holistic segment plan including Product, TPX, Care, Tech Ops and Sales organizations

Develop segment PR and messaging with focus on community wide W-Fi and segment specialization

Develop personalized digital experiences, tools and onboarding specific to the segment

Develop Best in Class Employee Tools, Compensation and Reporting that support the front line sales and service experience

Define the Sales strategy for the segment with focus on sales skills, coverage model and operational excellence

Lead the National Account Sales organization responsible for the largest multifamily owners and their communities

Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of Go to Market activities

Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to key stakeholders to guide the optimization or improvement of business

Coordinate across internal functions to ensure timely development and operations needed to deliver sales targets

Manage key relationships and customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

Cultivate high performing teams and attract and retain the highest caliber talent

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

Technology background, preferably in telecommunications or cable with executive and leadership experience.

Prior success leading and mobilizing a high growth business either within a larger company or start-up. environment. Expertise in go-to-market strategies and determining product market fit. Ability to pivot and redirect strategy as needed. Ability to plan, manage and implement at both the strategic and tactical levels

Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment, leveraging partnerships among centralized deep subject matter experts, existing large distributed sales and engineering resources, and synergistic product and business unit leaders.

Experience designing and delivering solutions to build scalable growth

Salary:

Pay Range: $218,947.97 - $328,421.96

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
