Description of Services:
The U.S. CFO Program is a strategic growth platform for Deloitte to execute its vision to be recognized as the pre-eminent advisor to the CFO. The CFO Program aims to enhance Deloitte's CFO market position by focusing on the specific challenges, needs and demands CFOs face, and equipping our Deloitte colleagues to build and sustain meaningful relationships with CFOs and senior finance executives of key clients and target clients. The Program accomplishes this through an outstanding portfolio of initiatives, training curriculum, points of view, market information and service solutions.
MDP (Management Development Program) individuals serve on a team of cross-functional professionals within the CFO Program Center of Excellence (the COE) to assist with execution of the strategic priorities and initiatives for the Program. A key objective for the COE is to help create future firm leaders by enabling MDP individuals to develop unique professional and CFO advisory skills through their rotational experience.
Opportunities as an MDP in the CFO Program COE:
Establish relationships with senior partners and firm leadership within the U.S. and globally
Direct exposure to CFOs from our most important clients and targets
Gain visibility to career opportunities throughout the DTTL organization
Create a deep understanding of the CFO and the senior finance leadership agenda, corresponding challenges and how Deloitte addresses them
Enhance familiarity with Deloitte cross-functional service capabilities
Experience with high-value finance focused service offerings
Achieve a broader appreciation of the firm's leadership, operational and support structure
Strengthen facilitation skills to support CFO Transition Labs as a Lab Producer and, with training, as a Lab Facilitator (primarily a role for P/P/MDs)
Specific responsibilities of this position:
