The AVP of Food & Beverage (F&B) is responsible for creating the vision of the F&B transformation and providing the overall direction through execution, with a renewed focus on hospitality and customer experience.   Key responsibilities include creating a contemporary F&B experience through a comprehensive program design, maintaining expertise in industry packaging and culinary trends, assisting with the development of F&B RFPs, and partnering with Catering Operations to ensure the highest standards of food safety and performance objectives.


The AVP reports regularly to senior executive management on the status and progress of the F&B redesign.


*Designs the F&B strategic vision and drives the key objectives, such as:

*Improve eCSI scores (Customer Satsifaction Index)  *Coordinate service delivery to optimize positive customer interactions *Reduce cost through process selection and innovation *Establish strategic multi- year plans to ensure the continuous development of contemporary design.

*Leads the group’s effort to influence strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as Marketing and Operations in order to communicate and recommend strategies to meet key objectives.  *Maintains a continuous deep understanding of the industry and the latest consumer trends within the F&B space through research and networking. *Sets objectives and direction for F&B staff.  Assigns, monitors, and reviews critical metrics and analyses to guide tactical and strategic revenue-optimizing initiatives. *Leads F&B team coordination on vendor management and communication


*Bachelor's Degree in a related field *20+ years of experience in F&B functions *Proven track record of increasing management responsibility, including strong budgetary and financial planning skills as well as success in motivating employees, encouraging teamwork and tracking performance.  *Excellent communications skills, including proven written and presentation experience.  *Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing with the corporation and externally. *Demonstrated experience simultaneously managing multiple projects and/or programs using appropriate tools and controls. 


MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field


*Transportation industry experience *General culinary knowledge  *Proven leadership in the hospitality field


*Proven project management skills in addition to strong analytical and problem solving skills *Advanced leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate others; effective writing, presentation, meeting and facilitation skills; interpersonal communication; time management; and conflict resolution and investigation skills. *Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).


Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
