This role will be based out of our Corporate HQ in Manhattan (10 min walk from Grand Central Station). This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career with a stable company.nResponsibilitiesnn Administers the annual performance and salary review processn Collects, analyzes, and prepares wage and salary datan Tracks key compensation measures through analyses and report preparationn Administers current compensation programs and new programs including bonus plans, commission plans, and sales plansn Develops job descriptions through observation and interview of employees and supervisory personneln Maintains a job description databasen Participates in compensation surveysn Assists in the management of the companyu2019s annual review process and analysis of resultsn Works with our Time and Attendance system, WorkForce, on the opening and testing of tickets for PTO and other requested issuesn Assists in the creation & ongoing management of compensation policies & procedures & make recommendations for improvementn Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and works with HR to educate managersn Works closely with HRIS team to establish new systems to support future corporate compensation objectives and strategies, as well as compensation related analyses and presentationsn Prepares customized compensation reports to meet the requirements of company managementn Assists HR Department in resolving compensation-related issuesn Participates in special projects that are identified by HR managementn Maintain records of employee incentive plan eligibilityn Keeps abreast of legislation as it relates to compensationn May perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilitiesnnQualificationsnn CCP Certification highly preferredn Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent knowledge requiredn Masteru2019s Degree preferredn Possesses understanding of both compensation theory and practicen 3 yearsu2019 experience with compensation methodology and analysis, including performance appraisalsn Advanced knowledge of all office equipmentn Experience with SuccessFactors a plusn Proficient with PowerPointn Proficiency with database, report writing and spreadsheet softwaren Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Word and Exceln Knowledge of Infinium/AS400 or similar HR systemn Excellent written and oral communication skillsn Excellent organizational skillsn Strong analytical and problem solving skills requiredn Superior attention to detail and accuracyn Ability to interpret data and translate into written wordn Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and be confidentialn Ability to work independently and with othersn Advanced organizational and administrative skillsn Ability to work on several projects simultaneouslyn Must be able to adapt to shifting demandsn Knowledgeable in all laws pertaining to the area of Compensationn Familiar with a variety of the fieldu2019s concepts, practices, and procedures as related to CompensationnnWhat We Offer:nn Competitive pay & benefits!n Comprehensive training and development programs that prepare employees to advance from within.n A company focused on creating a positive work and client environment.n Employee discounts on entertainment, products, and services nationwide!n
