Agricultural manager jobs: The top earners in this category receive an average of $100,050 annually.
IT architect jobs: On average, IT architects earn a salary of $105,000, while system architects earn $110,000.
Meanwhile, the salaries of the C-level executives are also rising. ''We have also seen a rise in the salaries offered in the $100K job openings posted on our site,'' adds Barnes.
According to the latest survey by ExecuNet, executive compensation increased by 5.7% during the last year and is expected to get a further boost of 6.2% in the coming year. The average annual compensation of C-level executives was reported as $206,000. The survey also gave an average-salary breakdown for various industries:

Sales — $204,000
MIS/IT — $201,000
Marketing — $186,000
Human resources — $185,000
