Williams County Department of Aging, a public sector provider of services to senior citizens located Bryan, Ohio, is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Executive Director. Under administrative direction of the Board of Commissioners, the individual will manage all departmental operations, programs, & facilities; formulate policies, procedures, & administrative rules necessary for the efficient management & operation of the department; provide guidance to ensure proper implementation of area department of aging rules & regulations; perform administrative functions (i.e., budget, fiscal monitoring & development, grant writing, records & documentation, facility & equipment maintenance/management, etc.); monitor all required official reports; supervise staff, volunteers, & assigned public assistance workers; recruit, train & instruct, & evaluate personnel; ensure work complies with organizational standards; perform public relations tasks; ensure the effective & efficient delivery of services for the elderly; & communicate with community resource agencies to obtain or give referrals for services needed.
