Chief Operations Officer
Based at the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles, this position will be an integral partner with existing leadership to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage throughout the organization while improving customer satisfaction and retaining associates. Company revenues are approaching $500mm with expectations to double in the near future.
As a key member of the senior management team, this individual will leverage their broad experience to develop and maintain operating policies, procedures and practices that promote business growth while maintaining internal controls and reducing the risk of loss. As the leader of the Operations team, this individual will ultimately be responsible for the selection, training, development, promotion and retention of operations staffing throughout the Company. This individual will leverage their abilities with information systems to reduce the cost of operations while enhancing the ease of use of such systems for the Company’s associates.
Strong ethical and compliance standards are essential in this leadership role.
Job Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in operations management, with no less than 5 years of experience as the operations leader in a multi-location company with revenues in excess of $250 million and 1,000 or more employees;
Prior experience in financial management and/or internal audit, including responsibility for internal control systems and operational policies, procedures, and practices;
The experience and ability to collaborate in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive training and employee development programs with the goal of retaining and strengthening our existing employees and improving productivity;
A history of identifying and utilizing performance measurements to improve compliance with Company standards and to improve/promote customer satisfaction;
