Description:
This is a unique opportunity for a strategic operations leader passionate about being part of the fastest growing space in advertising. The VP of Advertising Operations will own all aspects of customer and partner facing operations critical to delivering on Rhythm’s premium mobile value proposition. The right candidate will lead lead the people, process and technology to scale operations during a time of explosive growth in revenues, customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead overall advertising campaign execution for Ad Age 100 clients
Optimize campaign delivery strategy & operations to ensure industry leading brand advertising performance
Accountable for revenue delivery while supporting company margin objectives
Establish scalable business processes and technology solutions to enable explosive revenue growth
Champion technology initiatives with the Engineering Team improve operational systems & tools
Collaborate with Sales on order management, media planning & strategic proposals
Own the inventory forecasting & management to ensure alignment of supply and demand
Partner with Sales, Business Development and Product to operationalize new business opportunities
Identify and implement best practices for ad operations to ensure leadership in mobile advertising
Establish goals & metrics to monitor and improve team performance
Lead the ad operations team to new levels of quality and efficiency through hiring, mentorship & training

Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of running a large scale ad operations function, start-up experience a plus
Expert-level proficiency using, implementing and administering ad serving process and technologies
Ad operations expertise in mobile, video or digital media
Proven ability to lead cross-team projects, communication & processes
Excellent leadership, communication and mentorship skills
Results oriented mindset and a willingness to be hands-on with a high attention to detail
Excellent time management, decision making and organization skills
Keen understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and trends occurring in the media business
8-10 years of experience, with 5 years managing advertising operations teams
Bachelor degree in Business or related area of study; advanced degree in business or operations preferred
