Vice President, Customer Care

Job Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Ten plus years of management experience with organizations with a similar product / service portfolio that have grown significantly over a 3-5 year period
• A minimum of ten years in people management roles. This leader should be viewed as a skilled manager with experience building and mentoring a team of customer care professionals
• Would need to be able to see and articulate the big picture in the creation of annual and longer term strategic plans, but is also willing and able to “roll up the sleeves” and be hands-on at a tactical level when necessary
• Experience in managing multi-million dollar operating and capex budgets as well as multiple projects and cross-functional teams. This leader will have demonstrated the ability to optimize resources and effectively manage within an environment that encourages a creative and cost effective approach to running a business
• Strong communication skills and has the ability to interact effectively with other cross-functional leaders and the Executive Team
• Focused on meeting internal and external customers’ needs in a manner that provides satisfaction for the customer
• Ability to provide unique strategic and tactical guidelines for managing the customer experience that are the result of an ability to think and act in a creative and innovative manner
• Can generate innovative and valuable ideas and use the ideas to develop new or improved processes, methods, systems, products or services.
