Accentuate Staffing has an excellent client in Raleigh/Durham, NC that is seeking a Sr. Salesforce.com manager to head up a small team that provides reporting and analytics for the sales and marketing organization.
This position exists to assist the organization in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data.
The position will provide overall daily support for the CRM system. And will be responsible for all software maintenance, upgrade and any service packs necessary. This includes the development and design of database strategies, monitoring and improving database performance and capacity and planning for future expansion requirements.
Specific Duties:
Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide reports to various internal customers including executive management
Develop, run, maintain, and improve sales reports
Develop, create, and maintain models for tracking and trending the quote issue process and sales performance
Clean and sort datasets and ensure data integrity
Document all reporting processes and workflows
Identify and fulfill ad-hoc reporting as requested
Manage users in CRM system
Perform database maintenance to ensure performance and stability
Develop new CRM modules
Support users of CRM system
Perform server administration
Help client services troubleshoot client software issues and serve as a second level support to CRM
Perform systems upgrades, service packs as necessary
Train users so they understand the systems features to maximize the ROI
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in a technical area
2-5 years Salesforce.com CRM experience
Ability to analyze data and recommend reports, dashboards and metrics to support efficiencies and process improvements
Project Management skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Visual Basic, SQL required
Basic knowledge of Word, PPT and Visio
Excellent communication skills
Solid system administration experience
Expert in, CRM and other tools and electronic databases
SQL Server Experience
Strong Technical background
Experience with hardware configuration, installation, upgrade and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to multi-task and execute multiple projects
Timeliness and attention to detail
