This individual will be responsible for taking an active role in deploying new products that benefits users, publishers, and advertisers. You will collaborate within a team that contributes to research and development of products, technology architecture, implementation and integration between various systems within the company that will collectively work together to deliver solutions.

What you will be doing- You will:
You will be responsible for infrastructure that is highly scalable, extensible, and adaptive as it evolves through the next 3-18 months.
Responsibility for the full app stack including network, cloud management, OS, application code and their end-to-end performance and quality
Ensure high availability of the services you’re contributing to
Follow sound development methodology including coding standards, continuous integration and continuous delivery
Deliver a robust, scalable and resilient platform for the code to run on
Formulate and implement monitoring and management solutions to automate deployments
What you need:
5 years of experience in systems administration and engineering (hybrid engineer/admin role…DevOps)
Passionate about the challenges related to large infrastructure, applications associated with date processing, online advertising, and social media.
Direct domain experience in data product engineering and a deep understanding of systems administration
Prior experience with Amazon EC2/S3 or other cloud service providers
Experience building and deploying systems that scale. Implementation experience in SQL or NOSQL based systems, AWS, Cassandra, MongoDB, Hadoop, Hive, HDFS/HBase or equivalent is strongly preferred
Experience in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl and programming languages such as Java/C and/or Python, PHP, SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sharp sense of humor, including the ability to laugh at yourself
