SAP SD/Radio Frequency Business Analyst

Profile

Looking for a candidate that comes from a manufactoring/distribution company and be functional in SAP, SD/IM, WM supply chain. Must know RF (Radio Frequency) SAP console, RF screens solutions. Understands functionality. This person must know how to configure SAP and all of the components needed. Must have good soft skills.
Required Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in SAP
SD/IM-WM
including 2 full life cycle implementations
·
Minimum of 5 years of Supply
Chain
Experience and knowledge of lean supply
chain
principles
·
Experience with Sales and Distribution
(focusing on distribution), material master, inventory management, storage types, picking and putting away strategies and different cross modules such as MM, PP, QM and SD
·
Change management skills to effectively lead global supply chain improvements in SAP
systems usage
·
Strong collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to drive common supply
chain
processes across functions within a facility and across facilities
·
Leadership and management skills - to help lead and contribute to the strategic direction of the team, to match appropriate provision to the relevant personnel.
·
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
·
Ability to develop and deploy creative / original solutions to very complex problems
·
Able to work independently with minimal direction
·
Bachelor’s degree
