Seeking a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney, preferably with 2-4 years of patent preparation and prosecution and client counseling experience. Must have an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular/Cellular Biology, or Immunology. Registered to practice before the USPTO is a must. Experience in patent and due diligence analyses and performing searches will be required. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
