Directs and controls assigned operations and information to maintain sound privacy and security practices and prevents privacy or security breaches.� (If a breach occurs, takes corrective action.)
Works with senior management to form long term and short term strategic plans.
Responsible for all aspects of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. operations.
Participates in surveys made by authorized governmental agencies. Takes appropriate action to assure that **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Medical Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Performs all functions of the CHS leadership team.
Monitor operational expenses to comply with established percentage to revenue.
Maintain ongoing liaison with location staff. Conduct meetings with supervisors at routine intervals.
Responsible for the financial performance of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..�
Attends all CHS board meetings.
Helps the CEO to develop budget plan prior to each fiscal year.� Presents operational budget to board for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
All other duties as assigned.
Master�s Degree in Management or equivalent experience.
Ten (10) years supervisory or administrative experience in health related area.
Five (5) years DME experience.
