• National Association of Home Builders. Three-hour program on frost protected shallow foundation at the Annual Convention, 1990-1993. Moisture Mystery program at Annual Convention, 1990-1995. Marketing program, 1996, National Director Builder training programs for the Municipal Utility in Fort Collins, CO and for Northern Indiana Power and Light, 1992-1993, 1997-1998 and for the Wisconsin EnergyBureau, 1996. Served as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy on a nationwide home energyRating program, 1992.

• Assisted the NAHB National Research Center with research on frost protected shallow
Foundations for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, 1985-
1995 and helped develop a builder training program on shallow foundations.
