Our client is a leading New York City based multimedia company. They are one of the world's most recognized brands and have content driven through every form; Web, Publishing, TV and Mobile. This position will be part of the company’s digital division based in the New York City HQ. They are seeking a highly skilled JAVA Software Engineer to build the companies custom CMS. This CMS powers the companies various domestic and international brands with multiple enterprise based web application and websites.
The right candidate will have 5-7 years professional Java / J2EE Web application experience with Spring, Web Services, Tomcat, Jboss and RDBMS. Candidates must be comfortable with the SDLC in an Agile Development environment and building API's for data access. You will be working with both onshore and offshore teams and should have good experience with JAVA design patterns.
