Leveraging a unified governance process, collect and catalog input on training, skills, and education to update and evolve playbook content in Career Connections
Work cross functionally across the business to drive and maintain job family segmentation under each family, for example, adding or deleting job families as the business evolves and as roles, skills, and disciplines, and the Services business evolves.
Community management – In your community manager role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for each of your assigned job families, responsible for monitoring the Career Connections Discussion Forum(s) for those job families, driving the interaction of users and experts as it relates to the assigned job families. You will also facilitate discussions around training, skills, career development, and create supporting content when necessary
Analytics – Develop and implement a method to provide metrics on overall engagement on your assigned job families, and continue to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Content creation – Create new discussions around assigned job families and deliver supporting content when necessary. An example of supporting content could be creating a Job Family FAQ or a VoD documenting a career journey.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant time in services with expertise in one or more of the following job families: Sales, Operations, consulting, technical delivery.
- Experience in knowledge development, skills development, curriculum development
- Passion around development of people, services people development
- Strong verbal and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across different functions
- Ability to work in a “start up environment” as we are building this from the ground up and executing simultaneously
- Strong social networking skills including solid writing skills, experience with blogging, discussion forums, and community management and/or active community participation
- Passion and ability to market and grow a new concept
Education:
University degree (BA, BS) required,
Ongoing education demonstrating initiative to increase skills development
