Hyperion Planning Analyst

Great opportunity with a large firm!!
Candidate should have 3 or more years application development background and experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning (11.2.1.x) and Essbase.
Specifically, the candidate should possess:
•3 years in designing and developing application software using Hyperion Planning (including Workforce) and Essbase
•3 years of experience in multidimensional analysis, designing applications and databases, designing and building dimensions, loading data, calculating data and aggregation techniques
•In-depth experience with Hyperion Essbase calc script and planning business rules/calc manager development.
•Thorough knowledge of end user tools including Smartview and Essbase Add-in for Excel
•Demonstrate knowledge of both native security and Shared Services security
•Experience with planning and forecasting processes for a large corporation
•Experience with scheduling tools (Autosys) and batch interface scripting a plus
•Experience with Financial Reporting and web analysis development
•Experience in building and optimizing data loads and calculations within ASO and BSO Essbase architecture
•SQL based data load rules.
•Knowledge of MaxL scripting language
•Working knowledge of LCM software version control concepts, change management processes and testing methodologies
•Working knowledge of ETL processes
•Must be a good team player and detailed oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative
•Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
•Sound, logic based decision making
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
