HR Analyst V * Recruiter
Under the general direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition and guidance of the Senior Recruiter(s), the Junior Recruiter/Recruiting Assistant is responsible for the recruitment
of entry level, support and mid-level positions from a diverse set of departments. Recruitment includes working closely with the hiring managers to understand candidate screening
criteria for each new positions, screening a high volume of resumes of applicants, presenting qualified candidate resumes to hiring manager for review and posting advertisements
as needed. Initiates Skill Survey reference checks for top candidates, based on manager request. Shares reference check results upon receipt. Works closely with the hiring
manager and compensation in providing offer and pay rate recommendations.
Supports the senior recruiters in posting job openings. This includes reviewing the job description, clarifying job responsibilities and requirements with the Senior Recruiter,
creating the job opening in the PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Management system, and ensuring Senior Recruiter review before posting to the career site.
Supports the Senior Recruiters with other tasks such as candidate travel coordination, etc.
BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Ideal candidate has a high work intensity with the willingness to go above and beyond the stated
expectations. Must be willing to do whatever work task is needed at the time to assist the team and the department. Must be detail oriented, work quickly and accurately, and
be able to change tasks and focus easily. Must be able to learn quickly and work independently.
Previous experience in a Recruitment Assistant or Junior Recruiter position.
