A Full-time Director of Home Care Services is needed at one of the leading Hospital systems in Delaware. You will be minutes from the coastline where beach life is abundant, country life around the corner or city living within walking distance. A comfortable cost of living, all within an easy car ride to Philadelphia. With quick access to DC, Baltimore, and New Jersey, living in Delaware is like being on vacation.
****If you are an organized, analytical and flexible Home Health Director with a passion for quality healthcare and a desire for career satisfaction. As a Home Health Director you will plan, organize, initiate, implement and evaluate the patient care delivery system. You are responsible for the overall operations of the Home Care Division. You will ensure the delivery of quality outcomes which are provided on the service in a cost-effective manner that assure compliance with all regulatory bodies including but not limited to Joint Commission and CMS. You will orient, educate, supervise, coordinate and evaluate patient care staff about patient care and efficiency, and serve as a liaison between staff and management. You will also monitor all the financial, operational and patient data needed to keep the Home Care Service Division at peak efficiency, such as staffing levels, patient supply needs and insurance claim/reimbursement processes.
Compensation:: $100,000-120000 PTO,CME

Job Requirements
MBA, MHA, MSN or other Master’s degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Pathology or other related Health Care discipline required.
Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Home Health Care or a related field.
Must have five (5) years supervisory experience.
Must have knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, Medicare Coverage rules, and Home Care billing requirements.
Must have experience with Joint Commission surveys and requirements.
Must have experience with budget preparation and monitoring.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, E-mail systems, Internet access, and EMRs.
Strategic Planning/Action Planning experience
Experience in chairing meetings
Knowledge of policy development
Excellent organizational and time management skills
The ability to meet multiple deadlines
Effective communication skills
The ability to function under conditions of high pressure
