Our mission driven system includes five medical offices, three dental offices and numerous school-based health centers in Caroline, Dorchester and Talbot counties. A team of about 145 staff support medical, dental, behavioral health, school-based wellness and migrant health programs. The CFO reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the senior leadership group. This position plays a critical role in leadership, oversight, and evaluation of the financial performance of CCHS. The CFO is the key administrator for directing all planning and organizing of the various financial functions within a $14 million operating budget. Job Requirements Chief Financial Officer The desired candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, Masters preferred and 5 years of experience in financial management.
